But final patch notes has no mention of this, the wording was that the new runewords are “exclusive to Ladder like the previous set of Ladder-only Rune Words in the original Diablo II”, which stayed as ladder-only forever. I know it was mentioned in previous PTR or podcast and said it was possible. Can we get a clarification on whether the new ladder-only runewords will be available to non-ladder after the current ladder ends? By available, I mean for non-ladder character, after the ladder has ended, will they be able to make the previous ladder-only runeword on their own?
